"Quick delivery and happy overall"
I ordered from pmarly.com and it showed up faster than I thought it would so that was a nice surprise.
The tracking updated like it should and the package arrived in good shape. I didn’t have to chase anyone or sit there wondering where it was.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the confirmation email took a little while to come through but the delivery speed was really good.

I really wanted to like Parfums de Marly, but it ended up being more frustrating than I expected. It seemed fine at first, but then some parts got confusing and I kept having to go back and forth, which made it feel like it wasn’t really doing what I needed it to do.
Support wasn’t awful or anything, but it didn’t help me much either. They did reply, but it wasn’t quite the answer I was looking for, so I still felt kind of stuck with it. Overall, it’s not the worst site, but I probably wouldn’t use it again

They did end up fixing my issue, but i had to follow up way too many times. It shouldn’t have taken that much chasing to get it sorted.

I’m not totally sure, but the billing info felt kind of hard to find. I had to look around more than I expected, and it just didn’t feel very clear to me.

"A little confusing to use"
I had a bit of a hard time finding my way around pmarly.com, lol. Some of the pages felt kind of confusing, and simple things took longer than I expected. It does work, but I think the layout could be clearer. Not terrible, just a little frustrating

"Felt talked down to and not taken seriously"
I expected a lot better from a paid service. The replies came across rushed, and at times it felt like they were talking down to me instead of actually listening to what I was asking. It wasn’t the most professional experience overall

"Checkout went smoothly, just caught me at a bad moment"
Checking out on pmarly.com was mostly easy for me. The pages loaded fine and my payment went through quickly. I did have to go back and double-check one step because it wasn’t super clear, but I think part of my frustration was just bad timing since I was in a rush. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Payment seemed safe, though it took a minute"
I used pmarly.com last week, and the payment process felt safe to me. I usually assume a checkout is okay when it moves to a secure page and sends the confirmation email right away, and that’s exactly what happened here.
I also noticed my card details weren’t sitting around visibly after the order, which I always take as a good sign. So far, there haven’t been any strange charges or anything that made me second-guess it.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the payment page loaded slower than I expected, and for a moment I assumed maybe it hadn’t gone through. It ended up working fine though, so overall my experience was good.

I wasn’t expecting the return to be this frustrating. The whole process felt way more complicated than it needed to be, and I kept having to go back and forth just to figure out what to do next. I remember trying to sort it out while drinking my coffee at the kitchen table, and it still felt like I was missing some obvious step. Definitely not a smooth experience
"Refund process really wore me down"
I asked for a refund thinking it would be straightforward. At first I was trying to be patient, but then the slow support replies started getting on my nerves. Like, come on, it shouldn’t feel this dragged out. Definitely not what I expected, and I don’t see myself using them again.

I didn’t feel totally comfortable using this site. Something about it just seemed a little sketchy to me, and I couldn’t really shake that feeling while I was on it.

The site itself was fine, nothing amazing but it worked okay. The frustrating part was customer support. I waited days just to get a basic reply, and I had to follow up before anyone actually got back to me. When they finally did, the response kind of felt like they were talking down to me, like I should’ve already known the answer. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely left me annoyed.

The weird part is, I really wanted to like it, but it just didn’t feel worth it in the end. I didn’t get the value I was expecting, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s okay for the price, I guess, but it could be cheaper. Not terrible or anything, just feels a bit overpriced for what it is, which is kind of annoying as hell.

I tried to cancel and somehow it turned into a whole extra process. Like, why can’t it just be simple? Make it make sense. It was way more hassle than it needed to be.

I’m frustrated. The item details in the listing were wrong, and the basic request of providing accurate information was just ignored. I ordered based on the description, but what arrived wasn’t what I expected. Not happy with this experience.

My order did arrive, so I’m not trying to make it sound like a huge disaster or anything, but the delivery info definitely wasn’t accurate. The tracking showed one date, then it ended up coming later without any real update or explanation. It’s just frustrating because I planned around what the tracking said, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that to be correct.

i mean, I’ve been using pmarly.com for a while now and it’s been reliable overall. There was one small delay once, but it wasn’t a big deal. It works fine when I need it, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I placed my order expecting it to ship within a reasonable time, but it’s still not on the way and I haven’t gotten a clear update about what’s happening. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really give me anything useful, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. From my experience, it feels like they took my money and then nothing happened after that

"Seems good overall"
The quality feels solid to me. It’s maybe not absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with it and it seems like a good buy.
